Going back to school,
Will be tough but fun in ways.
I'll battle exams, play with friends,
Hoping to get decent grades.
I'll run down the corridor,
Till Dr. Steyn,
Turns round the corner and yells,
And I run away.
I'll smash a football
Round the yard
And sing aloud for all I care
Because I can when my friends are there.
I'll go to the lunch hall,
From one bar to another,
Marveling at the food,
Wondering if I could have some sweets, but no said my mother.
I'll go to the cozy library,
Brushing my fingers over the books,
Sitting down on beambags,
Or squeezing into tiny nooks.
